    TBH im the most paranoid guy in the world and my own worst critic so i jus wanna know am i just average fit or a bit above?

    Here's my stats.
    Male, 5 ft 11, 80 kg, 21
    can run a mile in 5 mins 10 secs, 7 of em in 44 mins.
    body fat 13.25% done today. Dont know is this good or bad,any know about it?
    Due to no bar i dont know my max bench but it used to be 3x8 at 82.5kg. Now i press two 40kg dumbells 4x8 so my bench is prolly more.
    15 chinups full arm extension is my max.
    Just 2 days ago i did 100 pushups nonstop.

    Now i know im fit - ish but everytime i look in the mirror all i see is this huge fat arse and flabby tit's and a pirelli around my waist. The faster i run the more fat i seem to see and the more i'm down on myself. Im training twice a day up to about 10 times a week now and im still not happy

    Your stats are quite good. Pressing two 40kg DB's should mean your Oly bench will be well into the 100's+

    BF is fine, drop a few pounds you'll have abs and be leaner than 99% of the population.

    You sound you have a classic case of body dysmorphia (bigorexia). The image in the mirror is never right, you can't train enough etc etc..

    It can get to a point where it's adversly effecting your life so just keep a check on it.

    I think if you reduce your body fat a bit (to around 10% maybe) you will be pleasantly surprised by the difference it will make to your physical appearance.

    Your strength and CV sound very good. Good luck with it.

    What are your waist, hip and chest measurements?

    Even with the info you've given so far I'd say you're fit, strong, muscular and by no means fat. You could *maybe* do with dropping a couple of percentage points of bodyfat if looking very cut is important to you however even at the moment you're probably in a lot better shape than the majority of guys your age. As logic says it sounds like you have a touch of bigorexia aka an Adonis Complex. I have a bit of this myself too. My main obsessions are that my chest and lats aren't big enough and that my abs aren't defined enough.

    BTW 15 chin ups in a set is very good. This means you have a good strength to weight ratio. There are a lot of very muscular guys out there who may be able to bench and squat more than you however you'd probably be a lot better at chinning than them. Did you ever try doing weighted chin ups (using a dip belt) for extra resistance. If you haven't then you should.

    Thanks lads. TBH this is just me looking for reassurance. Kinda in a hole at the mo and everything looks wrong.
    But i actually do have a good bit of a tyre/fat arse. One of the legacy's of being really fat as a child. My Bodyfat was 25% 18months ago. I have a funy run too or so im told and i look slow. Again prolly me jus being paranoid, but true to a degree.

    I havnt had access to a proper gym now for almost a year now but that'll chamge in the new year. Been making do with a crappy one with nothing bar 1 bench, 1 treadmill (some other girly machines) and weights i bought. Hench loads of chinups on the argos door jam bar and pushups.

    The thing is im not trying to become Jay Cutler or anything. My sport is mainly aerobic but i love training. Love running til my lungs burn or lifting til my arms cant push a pen but i dont feel i look fit or even count myself as being fit. TBH i know why- its because of lots of slaggin while i was young and even while i was not so young. Bit **** really but thats life aint it...

    body fat 23%.
    1 chinups full arm extension is my max. (used to be able to do 35 in one minute)
    Just 2 months ago i did 1 pushup nonstop. (just finished)

    You said it yourself, uum, you're your own worst enemy. Your CV and local muscular endurance are way above average. Maybe you need to look at your diet, or stop looking in the mirror.

    A complete change of lifestyle incl moving out of home. If i have food in front of me or even in the house i will eat it all so i just stopped buying it.
    Now my worst enemy is drink. I go great for 4-5 days per week in the gym as much as possible and eating fruit in the evening. Then friday comes and it's pizza and Beer til sunday and very little gym.

    Today im feeling particularly fat. Im just out of the gym and im after gaiining a bit of weight. I can really feel it on my waist. Good chance i'll train 3 times today. I dont think ill ever be happy how i look
