Has anyone else notitced on December's SKY magazine Ireland that x-factor
and the British comedy awards both ITV are on the front cover and 4th page

Dont get your hopes up. Sky have a habit of doing this and going "Opps Ireland cant actually get these channels/programs on Sky" Sorry.

I DID notice that.

So was it just sloppiness on the part of the magazine's Irish editor ? Or did someone assume that at this stage ITV would be FTA and we'd all be tuned in on Other channels ? What do they say about the word "assume" ......?

Ah well ..... someday ......

Yeah ive seen it before too.We here all know whats going on but its the
person who doesnt know the score expecting to watch the x-factor
final that i feal sorry for(in a number of :rolleyes: different ways)

Yeah the sort of people who were getting ITV for free and started ringing up SKY asking when ITV was going on the EPG as its to hard to view it through other channels.

To be fair, those poor guys in Sky are probably as confused with ITV 3 being available on both systems despite it being added at the last hour. ITV 2 then goes FTV in the UK only! Now where were we on ITV 1…
