Ordering pickups off thomann

    Im thinking of ordering some pickups off thomann just wondering how much is the delivery for light stuff like that? add in a **** load of strings and miscellous small stuff with that aswell.

    Alternatively, you could always try Axesrus. They have a good selection of miscellanious stuff, including pickups, and they do free delivery to the UK and Ireland. Worth looking through at the very least.

    It's a blanket 23 euro from Thomann up to a certain weight. If you're buying electronics you might want to look at some places in the US.

    http://www.guitarelectronics.com do pickups and relatively cheap shipping. Just add 25% (4% duty 21% VAT) on to the total cost incl shipping. The dollar is weak at the moment.

    As far as I know, it's 23 euro or nothing. A mate's father got a **** load of lights, amps, effects etc from Thomann and shipping was 23 euro.

    Well, the weight is undefined (unlike Musicstore, who have a chart), but the impression I got is that it's for extremely heavy items, ie they won't ship a piano for 23 euros.
