Dealings with Fujitsu....Good or Bad?

    Just wondering if anyone here has had any dealings with Fujitsu and if so how did they get on? I've had quite a few experiences and 98% of them have been negative. Wondering if its just me really??.

    You mean Fujitsu computers in general or Fujitsu customer support or what?

    Sorry , I'm talking bout the whole lot really i'e Fujistu siemens computers. I'm finding that there's alot of part replacements needed first of all compared to other well known PC manufacturers. Secondly I've had a few dealings with the help desk too where they have promised parts to be delivered and never were or I have to chase and chase until I get a resolution. Now I know the lads on the help desk aren't responsible for the parts delivery, they seem to be a sound bunch aswell by the way but its just not the service I'm used to from other " well known PC manufacturers" . Just wondering if anyone else experience the same probs ..?

    I bought one in Dunnes recently, got double ram ( 512 instead of the advertised 256 ), had to ring their helpdesk about no dial tone on modem , turns out there's a spliiter in the box that solves the problem, sent me out one as I couldn't find it within a few days.

    what's the part ?
