hi, im 21,living in dub(northside) seeking to form a serious,dedicated band!

i have played previously in one group, have experience of gigging,recording etc etc.

interested in radiohead,mogwai and everything else!some music written in a trippy,drawn out, orchestrated guitar sorta way! more promising to hear than on page! interested??? do reply.

You know, if you weren't 5 years my senior,and we were based on the north side, i'd ask you to join my band. We need a guitarist, and we're into that style of guitar, and bands like Mogwai, Radiohead, Oceansize, Godspeed You Black Emperor, Tortoise etc.
Unless, of course, age is not an issue.

well, age is'nt too much of a concern-once it's legit and above the law i'm game for anything!...filth....have u guys gigged,recorded etc ? some info on your band would be greatly appreciated.

well, we're based in harold's cross, we're all 16-17. There's me on guitar, and also a bassist and drummer. basically, we had a crap singer/guitarist and a whole bunch of songs of our own, but we've ditched him and pretty much started fresh with all our songs. right now we're really concentrating on getting some actual music written and recruiting more people rather than pointlessly gigging. ideally, we'd like a good singer/guitarist, but i definitely don't have a problem with getting just a new guitarist and finding a singer later. we'd also like to incorporate more instruments, like keyboard and glockenspiel, the latter of which we have.

yeah,very much so,like the idea of incorporating keyboards etc. a singer i aint, but as i already said, i have some music together/half formed.sure we could give it a bash and see how it goes. assume you guys rehearse in harold's cross???
