Pearl Drops Smoker's toothpaste is extremely good for removing stains.

Some dentists reccomend whitening toothpastes however, as they can be very harsh on your teeth. Personally I've noticed that my teeth are more sensitive to cold things since I started using the toothpaste but tbh I reckon it's worth it.

As a smoker I've tried Pearl drops and found it useless.

As well, it doesnt give you a fresh breath/really clean or anything.

Best thing for you, although you are in a rush I think, is to get them cleaned by a pro.

As I cant afford that, what I do is floss, good tooth brush, brush for 2 mins a few times a day (dont over do it).

Also, if it is that important, stop smoking now for a bit. In a few days youll notice the difference.

Even better would be one of those sonic electric tooth brushes.

I got an electric toothbrush a few months ago and from the first brushing I noticed a huge difference.

Otherwise you could go to a dentist and get your teeth cleaned/whitened/whatever it's called. That could be a bit expensive though.

Mary2, did you try their smoker's tootpaste (blue stuff with a texture not unlike an exfoliator) or just the original pearl drops tooth polish? The original stuff was pretty useless alright but after the effects I got from the newer stuff I doubt anyone could have poor results from it. I got asked by two seperate people who I hadn't seen in just over a week had I gotten my teeth done professionaly.

I have never come accross the blue stuff you are talking about.

I have tried the normal paste. I mustlook into that one.
