    Hello!

I actually live in Dublin atm but my parents live in Arklow in Wicklow. They are currently just using aerials for their TV and sometimes when the weather is bad the english stations can be unwatchable because the reception is so poor!

I was thinking about getting Sky installed for them for xmas - is this the only option available to me in Wicklow - I know NTL don't service the area. All our neighbours are just using aerials too as far as I know.

My Mam would watch a good bit of TV - she likes the soaps, wouldnt be bothered with any of the hundreds of extra channels that Sky offer.

Would Sky be my best bet here??

I did a google on installation and package costs but most of the sites seem different - anyone know the current installation costs??

    Thanks for your help!
