There is an advert for Costcutter in todays Sunday World From tomorrow (until early Jan2005) they are selling what seems to be an OK computer desk for €49.99 (RRP €99.99 apparently). Seems a good enough deal for anyone near a Costcutter and needing a new desk! Like me! :)

Yeah I noticed that too!

Unfortunately I just bought one last month for €79, doesnt look half as good as that one in Costcutter =(

Who are costcutter? Don't think I've ever seen one of their shops in Dublin.

Most Costcutters I know are in the midlands.
Including Portarlington, Mountmellick and Portlaoise

Well there's a costcutters on Taylors Lane in Ballyboden - I'm sure there's other ones in Dublin too

I managed to get one of the desks today. I think it was definitely well worth €50! I'd highly recommend it.
