If you have something you think your fellow boards people would pay for and you would be willing to donate the proceeds of an auction to the Santa Strike Force, you have a couple of options.

    (a) Take it along to the christmas party on the 11th and we can try to auction if off.

    (b) If you feel you could make more from a special interest item by starting an auction in this forum then go right ahead. Thread here for an example of the kind of stuff we mean.
    • Set an end date & time
    • Give a full and honest description of the goods on offer. You may set a reserve if you don't want the goods to go for less than a certain amount.
    • Last valid bid before the time specified will win the auction. It's an open auction so each bid must be higher than the last.
    • Anything that isn't a bid in the thread will be deleted
    • Proceeds to be paid into the SSF Bank Account or via Paypal.
    • Buyer should pay postage if necessary as seller will not be making anything from the goods.
    • The usual rules from the For Sale charters should be observed.
