Some people may be happy to know that the Bill will be shown on ITV3 from January 2005. i.e. repeats ,omnibus's etc...
Why are repeats of The Bill not currently on ITV3?
    From ITV3 website
The Bill will be repeated on ITV3 from January 2005. There will be catch-up episodes at 11pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with an omnibus at 7pm on Saturdays.

Very strange, considering they had The Bill catch-ups and Omnibus listed on their website on the launch night and removed them two days later.

Perhaps ,they have to wait until all ITV channels are officially FTA before going ahead with showing it.Maybe they said January just in case there is a slight delay in the final FTA decision.

Sorry about that. Here we go again. If you go to the ITV 3 site and scroll down to the bottom of page and go into the FAQ's the info about the Bill is there. This is just copied and pasted.

    Where is the Channel available?
The Channel is available on the following digital platforms:

    Sky channel 119
    Ntl channel 8 or 118
    Telewest channel 116
    Freeview channel 34

It will also shortly be available on Homechoice.

I have been experiencing technical problems with the Channel, particularly on Freeview. What should I do?
Unfortunately, there have been some technical problems on the Freeview platform, which have not been a consequence of ITV3's launch, and have been beyond our control. There have also been problems with sound in some regions - notably in Anglia and in the Crystal Palace transmission area. Engineers have been working on the problems, and we believe that they are now mostly solved. If you are a Freeview viewer and are still having trouble finding ITV3, keep trying to add channels on your set top box. If problems persist, please let us know your postcode and the box manufacturer, and we will look into the problem further.

    Will ITV3 carry subtitles?
We intend several of the programmes on ITV3 to be subtitled - check listings and the ITV3 website for specific schedule details. Again, there have been some unfortunate technical problems which have affected subtitles on some platforms, but we believe these are now resolved. Please keep us posted if you are still experiencing difficulties.

What happened to Plus (formerly known as Granada Plus)?
ITV bought BSkyB's stake in Granada Sky Broadcasting Ltd (owners of Plus and Men and Motors) this week, and on November 1st at 9pm Plus became ITV3. This enables us to have access to more of ITV's exclusive programming (eg Midsomer Murders, Heartbeat and Where the Heart Is) and to be able to promote the channel properly on other ITV branded channels.

What will happen to the programming previously shown on Plus which is not currently in the line-up on ITV3?
Many of your favourite programmes on Plus are already in the ITV3 schedule over the next few months (eg Prime Suspect, Cracker, Wycliffe), and the programming team are currently assessing other series for 2005. Any specific programming requests you may have sent in have been passed to them, and your views will be taken into account. Feedback from viewers is always welcome, as we want to put together as popular a schedule as possible.

What is happening to Men and Motors?
Men and Motors continues to broadcast as normal.

Why are repeats of The Bill not currently on ITV3?
The Bill will be repeated on ITV3 from January 2005. There will be catch-up episodes at 11pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with an omnibus at 7pm on Saturdays.

How else can I find out information about ITV3?
ITV3 is now listed in most newspapers and magazines (it is being added to more titles over the next month).
