To answer this question, first we have to look at the facts.

In this world we have many types of cake.
God Faring Cake like Baked cheese cake, regular cheese cake ,Mississippi Mud pie, good ole banoffie,Apple pie, and baked Alaska.

But than we have the rogue element of cake, the cake that went bad or was just born bad.
That chocolate eclaire that looked so delicious, but after you take a bite you find the cream has gone off. Then there is the Urinal cake, cake that is cake by name alone, with its luminous hues of yellow or blue that you don't want to make the mistake of eating, cakes that taste of urine and detergent.

These cakes are the terrorists of the cake world and they are our fault, they have been made this way by us either by neglect or because we think the urinal would be better for us with them in it than without, but when we take that bite we learn that it may have been better if they hadn't been put there in the first place.

And so to answer your question no the chocolate gateaux cannot be too chocolatey so long as, you don't try to control it and you give it the loving care it deserves.

I believe that the cake industry was lucky to survive after 9/11. It is a known fact that all of the major cake players had an emergency plan put in place for just such an event. It will possibly make the worlds terrorist organisations more commited to attacking the cake industry tho', as they have given a firm two fingers to the like of Al Qaeda etc. by having not deminished in there cake output per year.

    Is there something I'm missing?

What happened on the 9th of November to influence the cake industry? In fact... what happened that was of consequence on the 9th of November at all??

The industry seemed to weather 9/11 pretty well but with France not agreeing to invade whatever country happened to be most convenient afterwards many France related products had to be renamed. Chocolate Gateaux for example is now know as "Chocolate flavoured, cheese free Liberty Pie". According to a respected American news source the French tried to object that it wasn't actually a pie at all but soon surrendered.

    Look, ok?

Everyone know that there are cakes out there that hate freedom. They hate it and they can't stand that we are free, and so they hate us to. Now, I'm not saying all Middle Eastern cakes are like that, and our own Middle Eastern Cake commuinty has stood by us in great support of our War on Cake. But in order to defend our great cake freedom, the freedom for everyone in the western world to choose their own cake, be it Cheese Cake or otherwise, then certain sacrifices have to be made. We must realise in the time of great trouble, the need to eat cake is greater than it has ever been, and so, to prevent the mass destruction of innocent cake, within this great country, by they who would take away our freedoms a minium of 8 cakes and 2 gallons of tea must be consumed per day.

    God Bless You All.

Also, your sig is way too big. I would advise you to trim it to size yourself, rather than having an admin delete it all. See http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=60479 for the sizes allowed.
