NTL DIGITAL h20ford is a Joke!!

    I rang up Ntl Customer care last saturday 13-11-04.
    I had psyched myself up before hand.
    Question 1 : Where is Sky sports extra for the h20ford People?
    Answer :Sky sports extra was turned on last wednesday,You should have it by Now?
    I dont have it i said !
    You do have it she said !
    I dont have it i said and i dont know anybody in h20ford who has it either,at this stage i was getting very Angry.
    There must be something wrong with my machine she said,you will need to get in touch with maintinence,i can put you through if you like??
    Why have dublin get more channels then us down here,ie living tv,uktvg2 etc? Why do we have to wait months before h20ford catches up with them??
    That would be because Dublin has more uptodate cabling Mr xxxxx???
    At this stage i was getting very very angry :mad:
    What about the media reports during early summer saying we are to get 20%
    extra channels!!
    I know nothing about that sir!! Hold on and i will get my calculator!! ( i kidd you not)

    So thats it folks Ntl digital in h20ford: 20% extra channels in h20ford,absolutely no sign of anyhing approaching that in the distant future.
    And i didnt even mention interactivity!!!!!!!!!!!

    NTL Digital is indeed a sad joke.
    Get sky if you can!!!
