Best Mail Client (Windows)?

So I've been using Mozilla Thunderbird for the last while. And I'm mostly very happy with it. I'm especially happy with the junk mail filters. I despise Outlook Express. Outlook is fine, but I find it a bit heavy on resources. I quite like Kmail and Evolution on linux.
I've recently done a clean install of WinXP on my windows box. I haven't installed a mail client yet. It needs to support IMAP.

    Suggestions?

Outlook needs a license and it's IMAP support is pathetic, which is understandable when you realise it's intended to be the client for Microsoft Exchange servers. So in this case I'd have to agree with the magic 8 ball , Outlook not good.

What's wrong with Thunderbird? I use it and I'm happy with it and you used it with the same results so why not get it again?

I'm thinking this is a related question, so I'm posting here. Hope thats ok.

Currently I use multiple email accounts in pop3 and hotmail. I use OE which supports both of these. Iwas thinking of moving to Oulook so I can use PST and move mail archives more easily between machines. Hotmail support isn't as good in Outlook I've been told. However, Email client support of Hotmail is probably going to dropped or charged for my MS soon, so I'll probably end up dropping those accounts anyway. I hardly use them these days. However I do want to move my pop3 archives to a format that is compatible with Outlook and other formats.

What do other email clients offer in functionality for archiving and storing emails like PSTs?

Pegasus is good, and supports everything, but god help you if you want to change some of the options. Pegasus will show you 100 checkboxes and options where most clients will show you one. Farcically over-the top levels of customisation. You can ignore it all and just set up the basics, and it's dead easy though.

The Bat! is supposed to be good.

I liked Pocomail - lovely simple interface, intuitive, but I wasn't prepared to pay for it. Give the trial a lash though, you can't lose.

DON'T use Eudora it's spyware. Was great when originally on the mac, it's trash now.
