It would probably benefit graduates who want experience but things are picking up now so it may be harder to find someone for that pay although i could be wrong

It's a fine starting salary for someone with technical qualifications (FAS, any A+ or MS certs, etc). Good experience I'd say too.

We're moving to Blanchardstown, and most people think it's Dublin 15, as did we, and we've checked at length but the area we're going to is indeed Dublin 11, according to the lease and the other companies' addresses in the vicinity.

The sooner we have real postcodes the better for everyone, must drive the posties mad in the sorting offices.

What is the average commute time, from dublin city centre.
Does Luas go out that way?
I'm interested but not if it's a nightmare to get to.

Well if it's anywhere near Ballycoolin business park, it's indeed a bloody nightmare... public transport to this whole area is, in my experience, crap... involving a long walk from the center of Blanchardstown.
I spent a fortune on taxis because it cut my commute time by about an hour.
Again, I haven't worked in Rosemount, so it might be a bit more handy to get to.
Check out the map attached, I think this is the general area you'd be trying to reach from the city center.

As for the D11 vs D15 issue... of course they'll try to mark it off as D11 if they think they can get an extra 10 grand out of people they're selling/leasing the property to. :p

well from town you can take the 40D and it will drop you in the door of the Bsn Park
in about 35 min [from parnell square]

and the postcode it is true we are in the limit here I think the next state is dublin 15 but we are dublin 11

I recieved some nice Cvs, keep them coming

The 40D is fine for getting to the business park. The 220 (Ballymun,Finglas,Blanchardstown) will also go straight past it.

The 38a from town goes past it at selected times and when I worked up there it was fine.

    38A
