Bimonthly meeting today. Know I don't have enough work done for it. Not the best feeling on a Monday morning.

Turns out, boss is in Cambridge - meeting cancelled for at least another week.

Yippee!

Well the good thing about Mondays for me, bar the fact im hungover like most Mondays, is that my boss doesnt work Mondays or Tuesdays so i get to take it easy!......But id say this is more of a Heineken Monday for me!

was working last night, got home about 3.30am up for college at 7am, put my t-shirt on inside out and got caught trying fall asleep at teh back of the lecture hall!!! i argured that since i wasnt fully asleep that she couldnt say anything!!! so i say no as well

Got woken up by alarm to find out that the government had given me an extra hour in bed, oh wait... hang on... no.

well i didn;t hear my alarm, woke up 40 mis before work, ran out the door without breakfast, a wash or brushing my teeth, got to work EARLY!!, sat here trying to look busy for the past hour and a half, and i've a late day so i won;t get home till about half 11 tonight.

woke up this morning to see the gf, struggle out of bed at 6:00, so it was with no guilt at all, I turned over and slept for another 3 hours, and then realised that I was going to be late

Missed my bus so got a taxi, a journey that should take 10 minutes took 45 because of roadworks and fcuking schoolchildren who won't walk to school and have to be brought in the car, in fact two cars, one for daddy and johnny and one for mammy and precious.

so what should have cost me €10 ended up costing me €20 and I was late, within 5 minutes of sitting down I got a migraine, which is still blinding me as I type, and I swear I can see a dwarf behind my pupil whacking away with his hammer. On top of all that I've got to give a presentation to my board of directors in the next 20 minutes or so and attend a half-yearly briefing for the afternoon before trying to catch up on my days work..

so far this day has been completely FUBAR

and to add to my day i went to the toilet sat down made a no.2 reached for the toilet paper and omg none there *MAD* so i had to hobble to the next cubicle and get some there this is going to be a veryvery very long day!

still incredibly pissed off about the weekend.

went out on saturday and met the girl of my dreams. silly hot, really sweet and second i saw her there were fireworks....only ever had this once before.....talked for only an hour. club was closing and she was heading off with her mates so took her number and agreed to meet up early this week......couldn't wait to see eachother again.

my phone got robbed on the way out. never gave her my number :eek:

i really thought it was a practical joke. the timing was perfect. lost sight of her and off into the night i went....

if anyone knows a Deirdre, 21 studying business in DCU let me know. i plan on returning to said club next week to stake it out

You could try emailing DCU's Computer Service Department and asking for her email address? Bit of a longshot maybe, but if she's as great as you describe her surely it's worth pursuing?

id say are a bit arsy about giving out any contact info for students in case im a stalker or something.....just have to.....ahem......go to the club in question on friday and saturday night instead

it is certainly worth pursuing. i know she does go to this place a lot so i am hopeful ill see her at the weekend. just hope she doesn't think i'm a dick for not getting in contact and believes me that i lost my phone.....

Got up early (half 7, usually I'm up at 8:20), felt REALLY sick but went to school early. Felt sick till anout half twelve. Had double science and double German and the time crawled soooooooo slooooooowly.

Got off at 2:15 today though so I suppose that was a perk. You know what day I REALLY hate though? WEDNESDAY, it's such a useless day.

Got up at 8.30, wandered into work about 9.15, sat down to breakfast at 9.30. Sat at my desk after that and been here doing nothing pretty much since then.
Not really a Carlsberg Monday, not much of an anything Monday tbh. Roll on Battlestar Galactica and The Shield tonight and then this useless day can be over.

Tuesday is worse. At least Wednesday signifies a half way point in the week. Tuesdays can just go to hell..
Also, this week, I finish on Wednesday and head over to England for the weekend.. so, I like Wednesday at the moment!

I like tuesdays cos I babysit my sister which means money and limitless time on the internet. On wednesdays I have to be at school an hour early for choir.

I had a great day. Slept in and got up at 8.30 instead of 7.45 and missed my first lecture... no biggy, just object oriented programming (C++ is easy) and made it in for my other lectures.

Got told by the circuits and systems lecturer the lab session tomorrow is cancelled so I can take the day off and prepare for the clubs and socs ball.

So now all i have to do all night is just sit on the internet with all you other ner.... people and then maybe watch some tv.... aww this is the life.





Damn i have an assignment due in on friday don't i.... but that's what thursdays are for

Mondays are feces for me at college. I usually haven't slept much the night before and we have to spend three hours of the day with the same old hag doing the most pointless subject ever. :rolleyes:
