Quick question that I'm sure you have been asked many times before but... I am au fait with the Reputation credits that people can give you but for some reason I have what looks like a blue one... What does that mean?

It means that someone tried to give you positive or negative reputation but they didn't have enough scoring power themselves to influence your score with their action. I think that colour is actually supposed to be grey.
