Help with SE S700i

    im trying to figure out where to enter the MS settings and GPRS settings . I tried the meteor page as they can send the settings to your phone , but they dont have the s700i up yet, can anyone help?

    ebay, imported an english spec one from hong kong.
    560 euro, you will not get one any cheaper.
    amazing phone.

    SE sure do like to be needlessly compicated when it comes to configuring these kind of things. You've got to set up a data account, and then set up a WAP account to use the data account. One mistake I kept making was putting some of the WAP details, namely the IP address, into the WAP account when it should only be in the data account. That's as best I can recall at least.

    So basically, in the menu called "Connections" or "Data accounts" or whatever it's called, you've got to set up a data account, call it something like "WAP GPRS". Enter the WAP IP & APN into that account. Then, in the Internet menu, set up a WAP account e.g. Voda WAP, with the login info and the like. Make sure that this account is using the WAP GPRS account which you've just set up.

    I'm recalling all this from memory so sorry if I'm not making much sense ;)
