    Hi,
Does anybody know how to align the two green corners vertically as shown in the attached image? I want to do it exactly and can't get them two points in line or can't see the location of the two points on the "transform" tab on adobe. Any help appreciated.

Also, if I draw a horizontal line of 89 pixels and flip it 45 degrees and then draw a 45 degree line parallel to it the same length, it says the line is 64 pixels and not 89?..

If there is a mathematical sollution to get the two points please explain:)

    Thank you.

there should be an x and y point in the info tab which you can use to align the corners

and second question ehhh ?? is a presume its telling you the vertical height of the line... ???? which would be shorter seeing its turned on its side?

have you tried making a new layer and drawing a line between them and lining them up like that, then deleting the layer that connects them?

    Hi,
The X and Y positions when turned at 45 are of the box surrounding the flipped image as in there are two horizontal lines, one at the top and one at the bottom, then two vertical lines from the furthest left and right point. where the vertical meet the horizontal, they are the only points given of X+Y.

Didnt try making the new layer thing because I wouldnt really be able to know the exact middle of each point..

SO WHAT I DID.... was... I put each one of the pointed corners below the other roughly, and then i zoomed in to the max and drew 2 45 degree lines to give a 45 degree cross, then I moved each image until it lined up with the sides of the lines, top and bottom which meant they were in the exact middle, then i just changed the height of the bottom one to match the top so i got it:)

    Obviously he didn't. ( I stand corrected  )

Anyway, to get access to the align palette, click Window -> Align.
You should see the align palette appear near any other palettes you might have open.
You should be able to do what you need there.

And you wouldn't have a go at maybe figuring it out?
Maybe have a look in the help files?
    Perhaps a tutorial?
