it's a good shot but the only criticism I'd really make is the position of the hands. his right hand looks a little strange, almost coming out of his cheek. I'd have tried a few other shots with hands in different places

Be careful when you meter as well, all the detail in the forehead is gone as well. Otherwise I like the composition
