What poudage are yous shooting now as a matter of interest? Both in terms of actul poundage and in terms of for a standard draw length. I'm pulling 38lbs myself (actual and based on 28inch draw length).
Its a strange time of year to be getting new limbs though, isn't it? Mind you, if you're anything like me, you're broke by the start of the outdoor season so there's no point in buying them then.

Exactly, come outdoor season I will be broke. So need to buy them now whilst I still have money in the bank

My limbs are rated at 32lbs, I have 40.5lbs on the fingers, thats with the tillers in.

atm, limbs are 36lbs, pulling 38lbs.
With new limbs will be rated at 38lbs, and should be ~40lbs on fingers. will gradually raise that during the year so should be ~42lbs when the outdoor season comes around.

speakin of gear i'm in the market for a good quality seciond or third hand or whatever riser so if somebody knows of one knockin around or even if they have one them selves i'd appreciate it if they'd lemme know or even pm me with any details. cheers.

just knockin around on ebay an i seen a PSe intrepid goin i don't know if that's any good or what but i'd rather be able to try a riser first and see what its like then buy somethin like a riser off ebay. of course if it was somethin good i'm pretty sure i'd be likin it. i have an instinctive reaction to liking expensive shiny things.

i also seen the Xfeel i think i know what i'd want for christmas if theres any generous souls out there....

that is a nice piece of work in my humble muffin opinion.

You cant go much wrong with a Hoyt Goldmedalist. Very long proven track record, and pretty cheap, especially second hand.

The only reason I traded mine in was so I could get a riser with holes.

i looked that pse intrepid up on the internet and turns out it's quite a nice (and expensive) bow so decided to go for it (won the auction there on sat mornin, cheers toxof for the help). plus it's got lots of holes. i was looking at the gold medalist aswell among other things but i just didn't like the feel of it.

    Thanks anyway though.

Now i just gotta wait two weeks to play with me new toy. Hmmmm whens christmas. i could have me hands on a belated xmas pressie. cool
