DSL installed, Wireless Access now Crap!

I recently got DSL installed and then used some tweaking software to get the most out of my internet connection. Since this though, my wireless connection which I access using my Laptop is gone to pot. I have an AP setup, connected to the PC where DSL is active and then use a Proxy Server to share the internet connection. When I had dialup, the connection to the PC from the laptop was practically perfect. Since I installed DSL etc, the connection is constantly dropping and Pings have gone from 1ms to an average of 200ms when it does manage to connect. Can you tell me if there is maybe a setting somewhere that the tweaking software may have changed that could affect the wireless connection like this? Thanks!

Simple really. Stupid (although very handy) Digisender was on so it was interferring with the signal.
