Not really when you consider he's not even in the top 10.

Well seeing as 10th has 111 goals, he could be over the 100 and still not be in the top 10. Although I think he is around the 70 mark.

    Which Keane is at 43?
Philips, Heskey, Beattie are the only ones from that list I can imagine have a chance of breaking the ton, though even that is being optimistic.

What about Robbie Keane , pressuming he is the one with 53 goals already .

Scholes should have at least 22 more goals in him before he hangs up his Premiership boots.
VanNistelrooy should be able to get past the ton if he stays at United until the end of next season.
Heskey and Beattie should get past 100.
Phillips is getting on a bit but if he stays fit he's got enough time left.
If Viduka plays well and doesn't fall out with Steve McClaren then he also has a chance of hitting 100.
Assuming the Keane in question is Robbie then he's young enough to hit 100 if he becomes a bit more clinical.

I didn't mention van Nistelrooy for some reason. I kind of took it as given that he would score 100 soon enough. Robbie may eventually break it if that is his current score.
Anelka also has the potential, but it's hard to know what the guy will do next, whether he'll stay in the Premiership or implode. There's also a reasonable chance that Sutton will move back down south and have two good seasons with some mid-table club, though I'm not sure what age he is now.
