Anybody know what’s the delay on the new I-Mac G5 computers. I wanted to get one from apple two weeks ago and they told me that it would be 4 weeks wait. Even thou the website said 3 days. Now I rang a number of shops (compustore, apple store etc.) and they said closer to Christmas. I don't know what the problem is? I feel…

o2 shops advertised them for 1700 in a paper suring the week

You expect sympathy for not being about to freely spend €1700? you poor thing.

I took your advice and it happens that they too are out of stock. Thanks for that anyway.

Hmm its a little strange that all these places have them, but when you go to buy it they want to take your name and phone number not your money. I wouldn't mind but when you advertise a product you should have it for sale. :mad:
