The touch pad isn't as easy as the iPods interface and the software is pants, but the claimed battery live of 24 hours more than makes up for it. I haven't got an exact time, but i'd say that at least 20 hours is easily achieved.

A mate of mine gets 25 hours out of his battery €250 for the Touch in Dublin is good value, infact, it's even better value than any place I can find online.
