    Hi,

My ma's iBook is going faulty and it seems that it would be covered by this iBook repair programme

It looks like I will have to be the one to sort it out for her ( ) so I'm wondering if anyone knows what the process is and had any experience of it?

Will I need to parcel the iBook up and send it off somewhere? Do they give you new packing etc? How long does it take?

Any info would be great. Thanks :)
