Any idea when the Pat's - Drogs match will be now?

    Longford 1-2 Cork.

5 wins in a row for them now. Doyle scored City's 2 goals from Kearney corners, Dessie Baker got Longfords.
    P W D L Pts
    Shelbourne 30 16 9 5 57
    Bohemians 31 12 14 5 50
    Cork 29 14 8 7 50

It looks like its between Cork and Shels. Fixtures:
    Cork
    St Patricks Athletic (h)
    Derry City (a)
    Shelbourne (a)
    Derry City (h)
    Drogheda United (h)
    Drogheda United (a)
    Bohemians (h)

    Shels[/b]
    Dublin City (a)
    Cork City (h)
    Logford Town (a)
    Waterford United (h)
    St Patricks Athletic (a)
....I can only find 5 fixtures (I think the other one is Drogs home).

It's Longford at home. Playing them twice in a week, Monday the 1st and the following Saturday.

Looking at Cork Village's fixtures there, maybe the game on tha last day with Bohs will be a scrap for 2nd place in the league.

I honestly cannot see Shels not winning the league from this position.

What will make it all the more sweeter is that Pat Dolan is in charge of Cork. It'll be nice to beat him, again.

Well, the league is/was Shels to throw away.

CCFC dont really expect to win it, never really did. Anything said was more in hope rather than expectation. 2nd was always Citys aim this season, but if we can take th etitle to the wire, great.

What does that even mean? Why are Shels so obsessed with Pat Dolan?

Beating him again? Well the reason ye beat him in a head to head last time was because of the registration affair. SPA actually won more points where it mattered that season - on the pitch.

Same reason he is obsessed with Shels I'd say.
