Is there anyone going to see them in November in the Ambassador...the home to many great gigs, what a fantastically intimate venue. Anyone at all....Head Automata are supporting them.

The Lostprophets suck and if anyone saw them at Metallica threathening the crowd is not not a way to make fans

hey, who are you ? and why are you here, the mettelica fag fans discussion was made along time ago and 1 conclusion was made, them kids were little tits that couldnt appreciate a good act, i dont care what you think, go back to bed.

Yeah i heard that 18 visions will be aswell, except my friend said that it was 13 Visions, but they dont even exist...what a mistake!!! I think they both played with 36 crazyfists on Monday night, I think anyway.Should be a toatlly fantabulous gig altogether!! Saw LP in England this summer at the Leeds Festival, but I was so crushed up against the barrier that my ribs were really bruised and the barrier was a good30 metres from the stage, pretty poxy!!

Lets face it, the Metallica crowd disliked Lostprophets LONG before they came on stage. Accepting support on a show like that was the biggest mistake they made.

I'd be going myself, if I knew anyone else going along. Alas, its a long way from Dundalk to Dublin to see a gig on your own... :(

Sure a can pretend to know us!!! Yeah it was a bad idea to support Metallica because they are 2 totally different genres and its not a good idea to mix!! Sure Im travelling from Meath, its long enough, but its LP so yeah lets go!!!!

I don't like metallica i liked them when i bought the ticket but i didn't even watch them play. so don't go on a bout that. I went to the concert to see Slipknot and not waste my money.
LostProphets are a band that try to be something they're not. The guys are into Carcass and then they release there album. Mind you i do like ShinobiVsNinjaDragon

all i know is that when i bought FSOP i was blown away, regardless of the select few crappy, recent singles, i still respect them for what they did (in the past)

In all fairness they have gone out there and tried to change to impress their audience, but they have a tendency to drift towards a bit of poppiness, which aint good for us hardcore folk. But thats only the songs that they have released, some of the songs on Start Something are really good and it is a way different album to FSOP. That album just sums up their excellency altogether!!
I was outside of Metallica this year and luckily I heard the gig sucked....haha hate that!

ah the lostprophets show at metallica was ****e. i like the band but they insisted on playing the singles and the **** songs from the new album. and threatening the crowd doesn't exactly stop the flow of bottles...

I'm gonna go. I really like Head Automatica, and recently I'm gettin into LP a bit more.
Eighteen visions less heavy stuff is really good too, should be a great gig.

Yeah, I freaking hate that. The promoters obviously think they can get twice as many people at a concert by having two different genres, where as recruiting a similar band to support would just please people who were already going to give them money. Grr.

It was done at the Distillers they used a guitary Zepplinly genre support band. they were not liked.

Lostprophets are ok. I'm not gonna go see them. I can't believe Head Automatica are supporting them. I thought they'd just have someone like Hondo Maclean.
