    Hi,
I've recently got SW - Battlefront but have having problems running the game, every time i go to launch it, it freezes, the CPU hit 99% and thats about it, tried installing the new patch and even the no cd hack but to no joy, i'm running it on XP SP2 on a Dell Dimension 4500 – Pentium 4, 2.53 GHz, 1 GB Ram, with a Creative GeForce4 Ti 4800 with 128 Mb and a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2.

Has anyone any ideas or a soulition that i can try.

    Cheers,

    dr. gonzo

I presume its a legit copy of the game.

What makes you presume that ?

Because everyone who has games buys them, at least everyone on this forum.

Try disabling the anti-virus (but leave the firewall alone). Sometimes the AV causes problems like that.
