Yes. Firstly, ask web design questions on the goddamn web design board like you've been advised before.

Secondly, STFW. There's tons of websites out there giving you exactly what you're looking for. Seriously.

If you have trouble understanding why you got this answer look here

    Wo, he got told.

My only advice is don't use it if you know code. It puts too much gunk in.

If you do know code, use textpad. straight forward.

Oh and use the webdesign board in future. will prevent getting told off like a 2 year old.
I learned that the hard way too...

So I could spend hours whittling away my life writing HTML when I could just as easily spend a few minutes?
    Makes sense.

it helps if you already know HTML so you can tweak it to your liking.

    I know basic HTML code.
ie, I know how to make a basic site but anything spectacular with notepad and HTML

DW isn't that fickle tbh. using it for our current project in college and I've never used the damn thing before a few weeks ago but tis easy when you get into it.

use some of the templates and then twaek the design to your liking :)

it is easy, I got the 30 day trial and it is easy to use but I find that it creates new paragraphs every time you skip a line. V. annoying

If you had read any of the documentation you'd know how to get around that...

In the property Inspector under format select none or in code view mode chance the paragraph tags <p> to Breaklines <br>

try the help system with dream weaver and the have tutorials on their site too......
and please take this as constructive criticism
I think your main problem is overcoming your laziness
or else pay someone to build your site, you don't seem to have enough interest to research building it yourself

I just have other things to do rather than spend hours in front of a PC screen.
    School, for instance...
