    Well you should be able to get one in Fox's or Peterson's on college green (on the corner on the way up to grafton st.)
    Or else you could try somewhere like Blarney Wollen Mills or the Kilkenny shop on Nassau st.

    I don't know about Dublin but I generally find that elsewhere places like fishing tackle shops tend to be good value for things like flasks. They're being sold as utility items there not gifts/souvenirs.
