    Howya,
    i'm really looking hard for this particulat film..
    I collect the most dire films in the world (mainly kung fu), and before i try to order this online, i just wanna know if anyone has seen it around dublin (or has a copy)
    its called THE ONE ARMED BOXER 2, starring and directed by Jimmy Wang Yu.
    If you have seen the original One Armed Boxer, you will know why i want it.
    Check out Celtward/Templecom (whatever its called) on the quays near temple bar if you want to buy the original copy.
    I can honestly say that it is one of the most... words cannot even describe this film... just nuts...
    anyway, any help would be appreciated, or if anyone knows any video shops that might have this level of tripe...

    Ah the One Armed Boxer (and any Jimmy Wang Yu film) rules. I have seen the sequel, and a mate of mine has it so I may be able to get him to run off ye olde 'evaluation copy' for educational purposes only.

    However I only see him about once every six months so don't hold your breath. 'One Armed Boxer 2' is also known as 'Master of the Flying Guillotine' so try searching for that and you may be able to turn something up.

    All I want is Drunken Master 2!!! Not 1. 2 seems to be impossible to get hold of(Why is it that the best kung fu films you see are always taken out of distribution?)

    Have you tried laser on georges st? They might have a copy to rent. They have a dedicated trashy movie section. smile.gif

    i was just watching it now
    that bit in the desert where he's fighting the yoga master and he hops along on one finger... smile.gif
    movies dont get any better than that
    or the way he just pops up off the ground all the time, and the flying punch in the back move...
    so whats funnier boxer 1 or boxer 2?
