    I didn't tell you this.

Go to Marks & Spencer, buy a nice suit, wear it for the interview only, return it for a full refund.

Or check out the charity shops tomorrow, should get a good suit for €25-€40.

Definitely wear a suit - doesn't matter if you never wear it into work or anything, just wear it to the interview! My last job (Summer internship) we all wore suits to our interveiws, and then spent the whole Summer in jeans and tops  Might be worthwhile investing in a good suit anyway, cos you know your probably going to need it at some stage.

Your post doesn't specify your gender. If you're a girl, wear a low cut-top... it always works ;) If you're a boy, you'll have to go with a suit. Make sure that your shoes are well polished, and that your shirt is pristine and nicely ironed.

    Bah, I'm 27 in my 3rd office-type job and I've never owned a suit.
As long as you're smartly dressed it doesn't matter USUALLY.
Sometimes you'd be better off wearing a suit depending on the job and the type of business.
e.g. You'd wear one if you were going for an interview with a bank but maybe not to an uber-cool internet startup company (assuming there are still one or two out there)

Not if the interviewer is a hetero woman...

Well you're hardly going to know the sexual preferance of the interviewer before you go in now are you?

"Any questions you want to ask?"
"Yes, are you a lesbian? Just wondering if you're jealous of my cleavage or just turned on really. I'd have a better chance of getting the job if you are a lesbian"
