    PLEASE HELP!!!!I am trying to log in on amazon.co.uk.I am registerd and i know that i am entering the correct email adress and password.Neither of them have changed at all.No matter how many times i try i cannot get signed in!Please help its really annyoing me! :confused:

    Have you ever signed in with this account before? If not maybe you made a mistake when typing in the password. I'd either try to get amazon.co.uk to email you another passworld (i'm sure they have a link on the log on page to this effect) or open a new account. Otherwise if you have used this account before then your first port of call should be the amazon.co.uk help center. Its fairly handy, had to use it myself only last week and got a solution right away.

    Amazon's help center seems no use.I have signed in loads of times before with the same account.I would'nt be so annyond with it its only the fact that i have an order and i want to check the status of it

    no i am not having any joy with that link.If i go to that i just enter my email address and it comes up with something like we do not have that email address on file.They do have it on file cause i got an email last night from them confirming an order!

    Then forward them the email as proof!

    Just e-mail Amazon's Customer Care address and forward the order information. Ask them what's the status of it as you've hassle logging in with your e-mail address and password.

    They'll tell you the status of your order and will help you rectify your log-in problem.

    Amazon's Customer Care is pretty good - they practically always reply within 24 hours.
