    I have been living here in Ireland for the past 5 years and am still looking for a decent place to go freshwater fishing, I love tench and would like to catch a few it's been a while. PLEASE HELP THANKS.

    spider, someone told me that people were fishing for tench in teh royal canal up the back of lucan under collins bridge the other day.

    Try Carrickmacross, it's only an hour up the road and full of great Tench and Roach/rudd/bream spots.
