    Can anyone help?

    My dad left the family home in 1992 as my mum would not agree to seperate. I am now assisting my mum in trying to sell her house. My dad never paid any maintenence and he abandoned the mortgage hoping it would force a bank sale therefore getting half the value of the house. My sisters and I took over payments not allowing this to happen. Now that we are selling the house for my mum, How much maintence is due to her and is my dad still entitled to half the value of the house(it was in both their names)?
