Just wondering if anybody has recently bought a new X9? I'm looking at getting the 250cc model as an upgrade from my Honda Shadow, and it looks great. Sat on it in Bikeworld and it's really comfortable too.

Can't seem to find its top speed, but I'm just looking for something that will get to 70mph handily enough. It's got enough wind protection too, which is something I'm really looking for this winter!

Are there any scooters that are bigger than 250cc that can still be driven by a provisional licence holder?

    Cheers,

    Si.
