This has happened only recently, also affecting programs such as Kaaza and Messenger.

I am running Win 2k Pro, IE6 SP1, Zone Alarm and Nav 2004 Pro.

I have reinstalled ZA, IE6 and Kaaza; repaired IE6 and run all Norton Utilities, Virus Scan and Advanced System Optimizers.

Because of this I can only guess this is a security issue.

Can any one please help as this is driving me nuts!!

    Thanks in advance!

Having looked into this further I have noticed several dlls missing from the file versions.

    enhsig.dll
    iemigrat.dll
    msoss.dll
    rsasig.dll
    wsock.vxd
    wsock32n.dll

Does anyone know if this might be the cause?

    Surely someone knows about this??

    I had this problem before.
Go to 'Tools' > 'Internet Options' > 'Advanced'

ensure that the following are checked:

    Use SSL 2.0
    Use SSL 3.0
    Use TLS 1.0

That should solve it. It did for me.

Thanks for that Snap, I checked that before but they were all enabled already.

    Any other ideas?

    Nope, fraid not.

Maybe a new browser: Mozilla or Firefox (No longer beta)

I'm using Firefox at the moment.

Would the browser effect the likes of Messenger and Kaazza as well?
