Xvid jumpy while playin!

i downloaded a few xvids and when i try to play em they play jumpy(shaky) on monitor, ive tried usin a few players - bs player, real player and one or two more! any suggestions on how to fix the prob? do i need a plug in or anything??

google for "reclock" should fix it.

Try using ffdshow decoder to play it.

have that what settings do i use? im fairly new to this malarky!!

on reclock it says that it cannot bypass audio renderers?!? any ideas?
