Boosting power in specific direction?

I have a Buffalo G54 Broadband Wireless Router, and I'd like to be able to access the net from a neighbour's house. It's across the road and though a total 4 brick walls. I have 4/5 coverage at the end of my back garden, which is approx the same distance and it's only going through one brick wall.

I know it has an external port to cannect an external arial, but I can't find anywhere to get the Buffalo Arial.

Basically, i'd appreciate any of the following:

    1) Advice on boosting signal
    2) Way to direct signals, eg parabolic arial?
    3) Shop online or in Dublin where you can get the Official Buffalo Arial or Equal
    4) Possibility of a SMALL external (weatherproof) arial I could mount (the router is next to a window anyways

    Cheers in advance ;)

If you can get a line of sight, it will help you immensely..
You can make a cheap antenna from a tin can (google for cantenna).
You'll have the buy the pigtail, and have the first wireless devices close to the cantennas..
You probably won't need a cantenna if you have line-of-sight for short distances.
