APP focus problem...help...

the app (no matter which one)im using loses focus every 5 secs. ive run notron, panda, s&d, and adware on my system and nothing helps ive also searched google .... ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh took me 5 mins to write this message!!! anyone come across this problem ??? tnx

Loses focus to what (Maybe a hidden program or another actual program that you know is running). Check the task manager to see what is using CPU time.
