Cheap shops in Dublin are far and few between.
Shops selling gothic clothes in Dublin are also far and few between.
That makes far and few between squared.

This is my long winded way of saying I can't help you, well with the cheapness.
There's a place in Dun Laoire which sells kind of gothicy stuff, and as far as I know it isn't as expensive as Asha(hiss).

Asha? I like Asha. Sure its a rip off but t shirts for E13 is pretty damn good really. It is merchandise you know.

I think they were selling slayer tees in there for 40 euro tooooooo.

    So yes........hissssssss

I never found anything for €13... last thing I got was about 20, maybe 25 far as I can recall.

Well I'm just bitter because they have no zippies. (But the hoodies are what €50??)

eager beaver might have some stuff..

theres also a place on georges street, its a trendy 2nd hand shop.. that would be worth a look too..

few shops in georges arcade that might be of interest too..

I did, all the t shirts on the wall at the left hand side, in packaging, they're all E13.

    Actually, their hoodies are E55.

    *echoes hissing*

just remembered.. there is also a gothic shop on the top floor on stephens green shopping centre. Go past the tattoo and piercing studio and its about 5 shops up on the left.

George's Arcade would probably be the best bet, as said above.

I find some great stuff in charity shops, but you have to be willing to dig - mind you, for a student that's all in a day's work. . . and for an arts student, it's my life :)

Blackrock Market is open from 12 Saturday and Sunday (get on dart to blackrock, follow the signs) and they have good stuff sometimes too.

TX Max is a great shop for cheapish clothes if you look around for a while.
    no gothic clothes though.

I don't know.. some of those clothes are PRETTY old fashioned.

    ... I'll get my coat.

Tk max is great for shoes but other than that the place makes me dizzy.

    Me too, oddly enough.

I think I'm allergic to bargains. I walk in there and am struck down by an ungodly headache.

There's another shop on Liffey Street - back in the day I think it was called "Kai"... now it has moved up closer to the Quays end (across and down from the Epicurean Food Hall). I forget the name though - argh!

The "trendy second hand shop" on georges street is Wild Child, although not every gothy really cool. There are loads of other random charity and second hand shops on georges street too though, always worth checking out. The shops in the actual arcade are really expensive imo.

Go to Dame Street.. walk up to Rick's Burgers (or the Phillips shop, depending on which way you're walking) and you're at the bottom of Georges Street. The arcade is up a little bit, just after Dunnes supermarket. Personally I find the arcade is a flippin' kip, I hope that you'll find otherwise though!

I'm sorry I'm new to Dublin only here just over a month! Where exactly is Dame St. I know the general area.. as in I'm sure I've walked down there but can't place it!!

well if you are coming from the northside what you can do is cross over the Ha'Penny bridge go through the archway and continue along until you get to the central bank... (the big building that has the silver ball thing in front of it). From there go right and continue up the road until you get to a set of traffic lights. facing you will be Ricks Burger place on the left and the phillips store on the right. Cross the road and continue on straight... on the left hand side of the road you will see Dunnes Stores... the Georges st arcade is just after that.

If you are coming from the southside... walk down Grafton st until you get to Brown Thomas. Take a left and walk all the way down that road... you will pass the side entrance to Dunnes Stores... take a left after this and you are about thirty feet from the arcade.

I think Eager Beaver had got really expensive lately as well, No real rumaging involved in there really, all the stock is laid out really well, and if it's something thats in fashion it will be priced accordinly.
Altho, they do have goth stuff (if you look), and I'm sure they will have something thats cheaper than your average shop (if you look).
Its actually a bit cool when you find something thats nice and cheap, you get that glowy feeling thats only associated with bargain shopping.

    screw this, im off shopping.
