Just been informed from powers that be that Irish Rail Executive train, containing the minister, will travel from Limerick to Waterford Thursday Week 23rd Sept. It will depart Limerick at 11:00 pass through Carrick at 12:30 and return empty departing Waterford at 13:40. Normal services for the great unwashed with Arrow…

Just been informed from powers that be that Irish Rail Executive train, containing the minister, will travel from Limerick to Waterford Thursday Week 23rd Sept. It will depart Limerick at 11:00 pass through Carrick at 12:30 and return empty departing Waterford at 13:40.

Normal services for the great unwashed with Arrow sets will start the
following day, Fri 24th.

Freight traffic (beet) will commence 4th Oct.

Irish Rail management have also informed Platform11 that the promotion for restored passenger service will be targetted to Clonmel residents.
