Hi, do many ppl here run an smtp server on their own machine? I'm thinking of doing so and just wanted to know if there are any issues to be aware of, and what recommendations people would give for a free app.

You will need a static IP address, this will also have to be registered as your MX ip so that other SMTP servers can find your mail server
