OK, sorry about my very little message earlier, but here's what the gist of the program is about!

One whole street of people in Birmingham weigh over 11 Metric tonns(or is it tonnes?! They've all volunteeded to lose weight, eat healthier and become more active!

But it's not just the people on the street that can participate: YOU can TOO! each week, they give you an excercise to do for 30 mins(or, if you've got Digital Tv, press your red button for an interactive work out ;) ) and when you've done that, go to the FAT NATION website, and you can get a free locker to keep track of your progress!

Also on the website, you can get a personalised healthy shopping list! This also give you what tyour BMI(Body Mass Index)should be, and lots more to keep you fit and healthy.

And, if you're determined to get fit, not fat, you can also get a BIG challenge pack for £4(Around 6/7 euro).

For more info on what I think is a good initivative, go tot he Fat Nation: The Big Challenge website and get loads of info on the show!

Fat Nation is on every Thursday @ 8PM and an extra 30 mins on BBC Three(Available on NTL and FTA on Sky)
