    Yes.
    If you really hate paying the toll you can always go around the backroads from Clonsilla to Lucan but it will be slower no matter what time of day you go.

    Backroad from Clonee---Lucan---Clondalkin--Tallaght.
    M50s mental in the evening and will get worse after September especially after the toll bridge leading to the Red Cow.

    You could try this. (I did once)

    Belgard Rd to Ballymount.
    M50 to Red Row, you don't leave the slip road lane
    towards nangor road roundabout to Ballyfermot
    Keep going straight (parallel to Kylemore road) till you get to Chapelizod ..
    cross over the river and turn left at the school and keep on going ..
