I tried to book a box office film yesterday but I was asked for a 4 digit pin. I thought it was the last 4 digits of my card but they didn't work. I now have 2 attempts left. Do I have to call sky for the number?

Yes it is normaly the last 4 numbers of your viewing card. You must of changed it your self at some time. In this case you do have to ring sky.

The PIN number is the last four digits of your original card. So if you became a $ky customer before the new card was issued (blue with yellow house), you need to dig out the old card.
Or, as colm80 says, ring $ky customer service.

I am with sky about 4 years and we had the old type card. I think I might have kept it....wasn't aware the number changed over with the new card..
