I think someone a little older/someone who has already sat the Junior Cert. might be more suitable as a mod.

well couldn't someone currently sitting it(me) and someone who is sitting the LC(like cr3m0) mod it?

Ah Cr3m0 you forgot the golden rule, he who asks to be a mod will not become one :)

Seamus might not want to mod it. I'm sure whoe'er created it had an idea of who should mod it.

Seamus would be an excellent choice as he has the experience of the LC forum.

Don't you and your Leaving Cert. pals have enough work to do with the exams without having to worry about modding a forum?

tbh i don't think it would actually need much modding, maybe someone just to poke their head in every now and then

cr3m0 your nievity instantly rules you out.

Boston I can only imagine JC to be a constant and never-ending pain in the ass, and there's one man who'd fit that job like a glove, and you've got it in one.

A few other forums here are modless at the moment, I'm sure the guys will choose someone when/if it's needed.

We're not going to have a moderator for the JC forum, a prefect would be more appropriate.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 8,880 ✭✭✭Raphael

As in an assigned user to come running to the admins whenever something goes wrong?

but I don't think I'd have the patience for a bunch of teenagers - they would encourage the nazi in me, which is better off left dormant

Thanks Amz, Johnny for the votes of confidence, but I don't think I want it :)

I don't blame you to be perfectly honest. More hassle than it's worth I'd imagine.

Choose 4 posters from "The Highschool" forum at random and see what happens.

Could be an interesting social experiment.

Finally, took a while for someone to respond.

Er, I'd rather not. I've enough trouble aiming into the bucket when I self-milk.

I was never a prefect. I suppose I had enough on my plate [strike]fighting the evil Lord Voldemort[/strike] getting in a solid six hours of TV a day and generally being a lazy hoore.
