I'm bored, so I'll post all I know from memory here. Some of this comes from GateWorld and most from other sources...

OK, two SG-1 and two Atlantis episode left before SciFi's mid-season break and then we wait for Sky to pick up around December. Anyway, the two SG-1 eps left are Sacrifices and Endgame, while Atlantis is Home and The Storm.

    Sacrifices
Written by Chris Judge and guest starring Jolene Blalock (Ishta) and Tony Amendola (Bra'tac). Ishta is captured by the Goa'uld Moloch [Birthright] for her saving the female Jaffa babies tricks. Teal'c is very much determined to save her. Meanwhile Rya'c is getting married to one of the Jaffa led by Ishta. And Chris Judge said "Someone will die"...

    Endgame
Remember Affinity two weeks ago? How did the Trust escape? Well, it was an Asgard transporter (congrats if you guessed ;)) But where did they get it? Remember Chimera in Season 7? Osiris' ship is still cloaked and in orbit. The Trust have gotten up there thanks to Daniel's translation (I can give you what that Ancient writing actually said if you like :P) and have stolen THE STARGATE! Right out of the SGC, beamed up. They use the Goa'uld symbiote poison [Summit/Last Stand] in rockets and launch them through the Stargate to worlds filled with Goa'uld and Jaffa. Somehow SG-1 get aboard (probably through the Stargate) and try to stop the Trust. The ship is an Al'kesh if you'd like to know.

    Home
McKay finds some techobabbly way to draw power from a planet's atmosphere to give the gate enough power to dial home to Earth. Weir and the team go home and meet Gen. Hammond (Guest Star: Don S. Davis). Weir meets her old boyfriend again (Guest Star: Garwin Sanford AKA Narim) and McKay kicks back... but things are what they seem.

    The Storm
There's a big-ass storm heading right for the city and it's 10 times bigger than any storm ever seen on Earth. The city is evacuated and only Weir and the team stay behind. The Genii [Underground] somehow infiltrate the city and lock up the team... except Sheppard. From there a Die Hard-esque game of cat and mouse begins.

So, once we get to the second half of the seasons there are lots more. SG-1 first:

    Prometheus Unbound
Gen. Hammond, Col. Reynolds, Sgt. Harriman (AKA Chevron Guy) and Daniel are on a mission aboard Prometheus when they encounter two Goa'uld ships, both dead in space. One is a Tel'tac and the other an Al'kesh. Somehow a Kull Warrior gets aboard Prometheus and the crew end up on the Al'kesh, save Daniel. The Kull Warrior takes off it's helmet to reveal Vala (Guest Star: Claudia Black), the leader of her people. Her homeworld was just taken over by Camulus and only a small number escaped to a nearby moon. With Baal taking over Camulus' worlds it's only a matter of time before he discovers Vala's people. She originally planned to use the Tel'tac to save her people but they were attacked by the Al'kesh. She nows plans to use the Prometheus to get them. Vala's secret however is that she used to rule her world, when she was host to a Goa'uld. The Tok'ra caused an uprising on the planet and removed the symbiote from Vala.

    Gemini
RepliCarter, last seen in New Order, returns and presumably so does Fifth. That's really all that's known about this episode.

    It's Good To Be King
Guest starring Tom McBeath (Harry Maybourne) and Wayne Brady (Of 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?' fame). Harry's enjoying his off-world retirement [Paradise Lost] and maybe a little too much. He's known as King Arkhan the first and rules the planet where he resides. Unfortunately a Goa'uld, Ares, sends his First Prime, Trelak, (possibly Wayne Brady) to reclaim the planet in his name. Harry plays along with Trelak. Meanwhile Sam finds a Puddle Jumper [Atlantis] in bad condition on the planet and Jack (Off-world with them) wants her to fix it before the Goa'uld arrive.

    Full Alert
Col. Chekov [48 Hours, Redemption, Disclosure] pays Gen. O'Neill a visit as the Russian government believes the US government has been compromised. Daniel travels to Russia to meet with one of their generals, but is taken into custody and told someone has already tried to assasinate the general: Former Vice-President Kinsey (Ronny Cox), and he's speaking like a Goa'uld.

    Threads
Guest Starring: Isaac Hayes (That's right!), Mel Harris (Oma Desala), Tony Amendola (Bra'tac) and Carmen Argenziano (Jacob Carter). This action packed episode sees the return of Oma Desala when Daniel is put in a life-threatening situation. He finds himself in a 50's diner where Oma is the waitress and a man called Mike is talking to him. Turns out Mike is an ascended being like Oma. Daniel has to decide whether to ascend once more or risk death to help his friends. Mike lets it slip that Oma is the one who helped Anubis ascend and she gets pretty mad. And speaking of Anubis, he's free of his ice planet and rebuilding his forces. While the Goa'uld battle the Replicators, Anubis finds a device that the Ancients used to seed life in the galaxy after the plague. Anubis plans to use it to destroy all life and reshape the galaxy as he sees fit. Mike thinks the Ancients won't stop him doing this. Meanwhile Jack starts up a relationship with a government official, Kerry Johnson. However, Kerry feels that something is holding Jack back: Sam (God damnit! :P). Meanwhile Sam is thinking about her engagement to Pete [Affinity] once more when they move into a new house together. Her father, Jacob, is in a bad shape too. His symbiote, Selmak, appears to be dieing.

    Reckoning
Big two-parter that continues on from Threads. Guest starring Isaac Hayes, Mel Harris and Cliff Simon (Baal).

    Citizen Joe
Possible clip-show episode. 7 years ago average American Joe Spencer picked up a strange stone from a garage sale. Even since he's been having visions... visions of SG-1... specifically, through the eyes of Jack O'Neill. Joe became obsessed with the stories he saw and started writing them down. He wasn't able to sell them to anyone and his life began to fall apart. He lost his job and his family and became convinced that the visions were real (which, of course, they were). One day Jack returns home with some groceries to find Joe in his kitchen with a gun pointed at Jack, demanding to be told the stories he's seen are true.

That's all for SG-1. There are a further 2 episodes that haven't been disclosed yet. They are probably the Season 8 finale (hopefully a two parter).

Now, the last half of Atlantis...

    The Eye
Part two of The Storm continues the story.

    The Defiant One
Sheppard is trapped on a planet with one very pissed off Wraith.

    Human Error
Not much known about this... a couple of theories but none I can remember (Maybe there was something to do with cloning...)

    Sanctuary
The Atlantis team find a world called Procul-Arum (sounds familiar :P) where the people live in peace and under no threat from the Wraith. This seems too good to be true (at least in McKay's eyes) and the team meet with the people's leader, Chaya Sar, priestess to the goddess Athar. The team wants to send people to this world to save them from the Wraith, but the locals refuse. Sheppard hits it off with Chaya who returns to Atlantis, but McKay is still suspicious. It turns out that Chaya and Athar are the same person, an ascended Ancient. The others punished Chaya for saving the people from the Wraith and she was forced to look after them for all time.

    Hot Zone
Nothing known about this episode either...

    Before I Sleep
The team finds something new in the city, an Ancient cryotube [Lost City]. However, inside they find something strange... Dr. Weir... a second one. They thaw her out and she tells the story of what happened. Weir piloted a timeship (horrible word) back to when the Ancients still lived in the city... however they wouldn't for much longer. The Wraith were attacking the city and her ship is shot down. She meets an Ancient called Janus, who created the timeship she flew. He is happy to hear that the city survives 10,000 years as the Ancients are about to abandon the city and return to Earth. Janus wants to return Weir to her own time but the council of the Ancients doesn't want any more mucking up of the timeline. As the Ancients prepare to leave Weir and Janus work to make sure the city survives for the Earth team to return to in 10,000 years.

    The Brotherhood
The team arrives on the planet Dagan and meet the friendly locals. One of the woman comes on to McKay, but he doesn't even notice. The team learns of an ancient device called the Potentia by the Daganians, it's a ZPM. The Daganians are pleased to learn the team come from the city of the ancestors but several members of the race learn of an ancient order called the Brotherhood that were to protect the Potentia at all costs. Also, the Daganians know the Genii...

That's it for Atlantis too, after those there are 3 more episodes to go.

Hope this helped... wow, took me about an hour to do! :P

Jay Acovone (Kawalsky) will feature in season eight, in the second part of the two part episode yet to be filmed.

if "Reckoning II" is not filmed yet, i assume it will be it, otherwise it is the season finale.

Reckoning II is already filmed, he's said in another interview now that he's filming in the two part finale Moebius. Also featuring in Moebius is Don S. Davis as Gen. Hammond in both parts, and Colin Cunningham as Maj. Davis in Part 1. (He said all his scenes were with Michael Shanks and Amanda Tapping)

More info is out on Atlantis too.

    Letter from Pegasus
Just know the title, but it's possible that the Atlantis team somehow communicate with Earth.

    The Gift
Conflictings reports over whether The Gift or Human Error is the actual episode being made, one of them isn't anyway.

    The Siege
Two part finale of Atlantis where 3 Wraith ships are on their way to the city, somehow the team destroys one. Meanwhile a ZPM is found on Earth and Col. Matthew Everrett is sent through to Atlantis with military backup to take command of the base. He tells them that Earth is sending their new battlecruiser the Daedalus (presumably a BC-303 like the Prometheus) to Pegasus. It won't take long with their ZPM-enhanced hyperdrive and they plan to engage the Wraith ships.
