ok, strange story,

the other night was sitting at the computer and see a giant hugeeeeeee spider run across the floor! i trapped him in the lid of my stack of blank cds cause he was so big. anyway he stayed there till the morning until i found a willing brave person to throw him out the window.
thats was the end of that until...

sitting again at the computer today I look down and whats right beside the desk.. what looks like excatly the same spider!!! now from what i remmeber not killing spiders is lucky so maybe its a premenition or something that Phantom will be shortlisted on Monday! espicialyl cause i've avoided killing it twice.. or maybe there jsut lots of spiders in my house!

Rockie mate, if you are scared of spiders (and I am by the way) don't ever live in the Japanese countryside... I moved here about 6 weeks ago and the spiders are MASSIVE! I have seen some the size of an average mobile phone. One has spun a big web (each strand as thick as thread) across the path to my house. It's clearly trying to catch me..... :eek:

Funny that, my mam found a fairly large spider in the corner of the kitchen ceiling this morning which she asked me to remove. I obliged of course but not until it had finished of the DaddyLongLegs which had gotten stuck it its web and was waving its limbs about trying to get out. I came back after a half hour to throw the spider outside, suffice to say the DaddyLongLegs wasn't moving anymore.

i don't mind spiders too much, unless they surprise me by runnign acoss my floor, or appearign beside my feet. i'm perfectly ahppy to allow them to sit in the corner of the room high up!

oh and spider webs are horrible though.. you walk into one and think theres spiders all over you.. its horrible!
