    i did a search of boards and could not find a thread related to my question.
    if there is one please point me to the relevent thread link. thanks.

    anyway....

    my question: does anyone know where i can get a 24 screensaver (24 as in the tv series). i do not mean a screensaver with photos etc (as bcc provide) but one with just the digial clock but with the 24 series feel and format ?

    i did a quick search on google.com but alas nothing!!

    I have one! Well, actually, I have two, one with the 24-style "ticking" and one without. It basically brings up a 24-style clock on screen showing the current time, taken from Windows' built in clock thing.

    If you want it, PM your e-mail address and I'll send it to you, whichever one you want (with or without the sound). With sound is 1.02 MB's approx., without sound is 0.99 MB's approx.

    Well, no need for me to upload it anywhere because I've just relocated the website where I downloaded it in the first place.

    With sound: http://www.coldfishin.net/b/blog/files/clocksaver_sound.exe

    Without sound: http://www.coldfishin.net/b/blog/files/24clock_saver.zip

    Just right click and "Save As" or use a download resumer program like GetRight or Download Accelerator. The one without sound is zipped so you'll have to use Winzip or similar to unzip it first before running and installing it.

    No problem, lads. Hope it's roughly what you were looking for. Though, the one with sound does get a bit annoying after a while with it's constant "Tick..... BOOM!", "Tick..... BOOM!", "Tick..... BOOM!" noise! lol.

    Is anyone else kinda annoyed about Sherry Palmer being bumped off?? I mean, they've just gone and killed the best character in the entire 3 seasons of 24. Nina and Sherry both gone for good.. what a mistake.

    Surely Kim was more worthy of it.
